TJ Garland
TJ Garland is the visionary founder behind Growth Services, a business dedicated to helping organisations transform, automate and scale. With a strong background in technology and a passion for problem-solving, TJ brings a wealth of expertise to every project with which he's involved. With well-designed systems you can take yourself from frazzled to composed.
Armed with a Bachelor of Science degree majoring in computer studies (back when computers filled a large air-conditioned room and you programmed them with punched cards!), TJ has an intuitive knack for numbers and patterns — skills that drive innovative solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs. He is known for his exceptional attention to detail and TJ has navigated the complexities of multiple industries with ease, remaining self-employed since his 20s.
TJ’s ability to tackle challenges with precision and creativity reflects his overarching philosophy: transformation starts with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to scalable solutions. From streamlining processes to implementing cutting-edge automation, TJ and his team are dedicated to helping businesses unlock their full potential.
Fun Fact
TJ is fluent in Japanese and has worked as a Japanese tour guide in Melbourne, as an interpreter for the Australian government and has run his own Japanese language school.
